Babysitter couple sentenced to 15 years in prison for child abuse

A couple who sexually abused and filmed seven young girls while babysitting will be jailed for 15 years and then have to undergo compulsory psychiatric treatment.

Peter S, 59, and Nancy D, 54, abused children aged 1 to 6 for 18 months. D pretended to be a babysitter and approached the children and filmed the abuse, which S watched online or on video.

The prosecution said in court, “It is a case where the hair on the back of the neck stands on end.” “This is a loathsome affair, and it would be hard to find a more horrific one.”

D pleaded guilty to all charges and S admitted partly.

The couple met in 2018 and had an extreme SM-based relationship. In total, he is believed to have abused at least 20 children since 2019.

The court will deliver judgment on March 13.
