The Times published an article on Tuesday evening in which former palace employees state that the then communications head of Meghan and Harry has filed a complaint with the secretary of Prince William. It states that the Duchess had worked out two personal assistants and made life miserable for a third employee.
A Buckingham Palace spokesman said in a statement: “We are clearly very concerned about allegations made by former associates of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Our HR team will investigate the circumstances outlined in the article. ”
The employees involved, including those who have left the palace, will be invited to participate in the investigation. This to see if lessons can be learned. “The Royal Family has had a policy on this for a number of years and there is no room for bullying or intimidation in the workplace.”
In Harper’s Bazaar tells her spokesperson that Meghan has been deeply affected by the allegations. “The Duchess is saddened by this new attack, especially since she herself has been the target of bullying and is committed to supporting people who have experienced pain and trauma,” the statement read. “She is committed to continuing her work to create greater compassion around the world and will continue to strive to be an example of what is good and what doing good means.”
