Far-right group claims racist act on Erasmus Bridge

A far-right group calling itself White Lives Matter has claimed responsibility for projecting racist slogans on Rotterdam’s Erasmus Bridge during New Year’s celebrations.

The group, an app group on the social media platform Telegram, said more events were planned, with members from the Netherlands and Germany working together. parole reported on tuesday.

Texts such as “White Lives Matter” and “We must secure the existence of our nation and the future of our children” were projected onto the bridge and the sounds of midnight rang out. This sentence was first used in the last century by a group of white supremacists in the United States and is known as the “14 Words”.
