Meal delivery company Thuisbezorgd.nl is dealing with a malfunction. Customers can place an order and pay via the website or app, but restaurants do not receive the orders.
“There is indeed a malfunction. Our teams are investigating this and are working hard to resolve it as soon as possible,” the company told NOS.
Reports have been made by customers on allestoringen.nl since 5.30 pm. Since 19.15 there are more than 1000 per 15 minutes. People also complain on Twitter that they have paid, but had to hear from the restaurant that there is a malfunction.
