Manchester City has yet to continue to match the performance of Ajax in the 1971/1972 season. Under the Romanian trainer Stefan Kovács, the team from Amsterdam set a Dutch record by winning 26 duels in all competitions in a row. If City continues to win, the team can break Ajax’s record on April 10 (Leeds United home). With 15 victories, the leader of the Premier League has already passed the best team in Germany – Bayern Mücnhen won 14 times in a row in 1980.

Visiting Swansea City, City broke the record set by Arsenal (1987) and Preston North End FC (1892). After 50 minutes, it was already 0-3 in Wales thanks to goals from Kyle Walker, Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus. Swansea did something back in the 77th minute thanks to a goal from Morgan Whittaker, but it was no longer exciting at the Liberty Stadium.
