The report for cross-border behavior that the Public Prosecution Service received this week is against Ali B. The lawyer of the coach of the program The Voice of Holland confirmed this on Saturday, after reporting on this by De Telegraaf.
Ali B. confirmed this himself earlier Saturday against De Telegraaf. “What Ali B. says about this to the newspaper is correct,” said lawyer Bart Swiers on Saturday.
The Public Prosecution Service only says that the report was made against a person “related to” the TV program The Voice. Earlier Saturday, RTL reported to temporarily stop broadcasting the program after reports of possible sexually transgressive behavior and abuse of power around the show.
Ali B. tells De Telegraaf: “I am 100 percent convinced of my innocence. It is an accusation about something that would have happened a long time ago, but that is not true.”
