Spanish order for Ebusco | Eindhoven

DEURNE – Bus manufacturer Ebusco from Deurne is entering the Southern European market for the first time. Spanish bus company Area Metropolitana de Barcelona has signed a contract for the purchase of 21 electric buses (with accompanying chargers) before mid-2023.

Ebusco is now active in a total of nine countries. Just last week, the bus manufacturer announced that it would start a second factory in Europe, near Rouen in northwestern France. CEO Peter Bijvelds expects the electric bus market in Spain to grow significantly in the coming years.
