Struijk and Ziyech balance each other at Leeds-Chelsea | Foreign football

Premier LeagueChelsea did not win the away match at Leeds United. The number 4 of the Premier League got no further than a goalless draw. Chelsea now has a 3-point lead over West Ham United, which is fifth and has played two games less. The best four teams in the ranking will play in the Champions League next season.




Hakim Ziyech had a starting place at Chelsea. He had to make way for Timo Werner in the 69th minute. Defender Pascal Struijk played the entire match for Leeds United, which saw club top scorer Patrick Bamford fall out injured in the 35th minute.

Chelsea is still unbeaten after twelve duels under new trainer Thomas Tuchel, who succeeded Frank Lampard at the end of January. With the German coach on the bench, the London club won eight games and drew four times in different competitions.

Leeds United is currently the number 11 of the Premier League. The club had lost five of the previous seven league games.
