The Hague builds 540 flexible homes for students and refugees

Gemient Den Haag plans to build around 540 flexible housing units. Housing is intended for people in immediate need of a home, such as students and refugees. The first housing units should be ready by the end of this year.

However, it is not yet known where the housing units will be located.

The Hague government will receive around €5 million in subsidies to build temporary flexible units. .

The unit is intended for single households and can be moved to other locations in the future. It is not yet known when people will be able to apply for housing units.

Flexible housing units are assembled at the factory and then transported to their respective locations.
