We are looking for a Direct Mail specialist to expand our team. Are you that DM specialist with an eye for beautiful and converting Direct Mail? Then you are in the right place for this position!

What are you going to do

You are part of Circulation, the department responsible for subscription sales and retention for all magazine and newspaper brands of DPG Media. Specialist teams work here, each with its own focus area. Everyone works in line with each other on one of the most advanced and intelligent marketing automation networks in the Netherlands. In this network we reach the whole of the Netherlands to offer a subscription to one or more of our brands. Within this network you are responsible for everything related to DM, an important channel in the customer journey. You do this for the 11 newspapers and more than 30 magazines that are part of DPG Media. Further:

  • do you know what a nice DM looks like and which influencing techniques you use to entice the customer to purchase a subscription;
  • you guide the entire process from concept phase until the DM is on the customer’s doormat. You do this in close collaboration with our content specialists, designers, DM suppliers and customer journey managers.
  • make sure the landing page you send the customer to is live on time and consistent with your DM. To optimize the conversion, you regularly perform A/B tests in collaboration with the CRO specialists.

The Circulation department consists of people who distinguish themselves by being enterprising and ambitious. What makes you the perfect asset

You don’t mind rolling out a DM concept for dozens of brands at the same time and you do this at a high pace. You inform your stakeholders in time and you know how to present your insights clearly. Thanks to your experience, you have no problem working on various projects at the same time and you have a strong conceptual thinking ability. You also take with you:

  • at least 3 years of proven experience with Direct Mail;
  • experience with setting up, executing and analyzing A/B testing and CRO;
  • excellent project management skills;
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills.
