At Expo 2025 Osaka, representative of the Netherlands, Executive Director of Expo 2025 Osaka Marc Kuipers signed a contract to participate in the 1st International Planning Meeting (IPM).
The Netherlands is one of nine countries that have established commitments at an official signing ceremony on October 25, 2022.
“I am very happy to be an official member of the Expo 2025 Osaka community,” said Mark Kuipers. “The Dutch delegation thoroughly enjoyed their participation in the IPM.
The Netherlands is planning a multi-year campaign towards the 2025 Osaka Expo, with its participation in the Expo being a highlight. The Dutch pavilion aims to bring together different perspectives and expertise and become a platform for coming up with joint solutions to global challenges such as climate change, food insecurity, aging populations and threats to health.
