Around 4 a.m., a police officer saw a man and a woman arguing violently and tried to calm them down, police said. But this was also in vain. In the process, an 18-year-old man from Tilburg was also arrested, also carrying a punching bag. A 19-year-old resident was later arrested on suspicion of insult.
