We are delighted to announce that Rise & Lead has successfully hired its first Executive Director. Somae DevanAfter several interviews with the Executive Team and Advisory Board, they are grateful to welcome Somaye to lead the next phase of sustainability and scaling.

Somaye has been a member of our community since its inception (as many members know), here You can read more about what motivated her to join our team and how she envisions expanding our influence.With this step forward in our community journey, Ebere Akadiri will become President of the Rise & Lead Foundation, further strengthening the flagship program and developing new projects.
