This 4-week stress management course is aimed at expats who want to improve their quality of life, prevent burnout, and live a more fulfilling life.
Learn practical tools and techniques that can be used in everyday life. All tools are evidence-based and based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Breathing Techniques, Somatic Yoga, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
We will cover the following topics:
- What is stress?
- physiology of stress
- stress and nervous system
- how to breathe better
- improve sleep
There are four sessions per week plus one bespoke and personalized one-on-one 1.5 hour session.
