The Utrecht Student Corps (USC) has come under fire after a photo circulated on social media of its members playing a “ring toss” to put a ring on a bottle stuck in the anus of a stripper. De Telegraaf report.
The students confirmed to RTV Utrecht that the photos were genuine. Hidd Rahne, president of the University of Southern California, told The Telegraph that he “strongly opposed” the action and reported the incident to the relevant authorities. Those responsible said they had received “appropriate sanctions”.
The student body notified the University of Utrecht (UU) about the incident last Tuesday, spokeswoman Annelise Waterlander told the newspaper. “UU and Hogeschool Utrecht are awaiting a response from USC management before deciding on any further action.”
“We recognize that management cannot always prevent violations from occurring. We believe it is imperative that we do everything we can to act effectively when it occurs,” Waterlander said.

In March, news of geese being abused by students in Vindicat, Groningen, made headlines.Amsterdam Students Association ASC/AVSV apologized last month For the years of violence perpetrated against members, especially against applicants at the time of admission.
