When is the next payment date for living expenses?
Groningen authorities have confirmed that people will receive the following living expenses at the end of April 2023. This first payment is €500 and will be sent directly to the bank accounts of everyone receiving energy assistance in 2022.
You will be asked to apply for the second cost of living payment in the summer, and it will probably be done in the fall.
Who will receive living expenses?
This benefit is intended for people whose income does not exceed 120% of the social minimum. For a family, this means that your total income should not exceed €1,777 per month.
