HTM Summer Campaign has started

On Wednesday 21 June 2023, City Councilor Ann Mulder and HTM General Director kicked off HTM’s summer campaign with a bang. “HTM is happy to contribute to the accessibility of the Hague coast from Kijkduin to Scheveningen. Recently, on a weekend he brought as many as 50,000 travelers to the beach. We are doing this with the joy and dedication of our HTM employees,” says Jaap Biermann.

Trams 1, 9, 11 and buses 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 28 all run towards the coast.

Biermann: “To make the journey more comfortable, we have made the steps of Tram 1, also known as the Bikini Line, and the Zoe Merbus really eye-catching. to.” The Zormerbath bikini line and steps feature a summery landscape both inside and out. Of course, there is no shortage of familiar puns this year. At about 25 stops, HTM will tell you how many minutes it will take to reach the shore. “It’s often faster and cheaper than a car, and trams and buses don’t stress about parking.”

Park + Beach ticket

The Hague Gemente is working closely with HTM, Q-Park, World Forum and others to offer affordable Park + Beach tickets again this year. These are valid every day during the summer holidays from July 8th to August 18th. Parking for the whole day and then taking the tram or shared (cargo) bike to the beach costs €6.00, plus €1.00 per person.

In addition, HTM is proposing a return to the Zóómer group in the summer. The fare for up to 5 people is €8.95 and is valid on all HTM buses and trams to and from beaches, parks and terraces. Zóómer group round trips are available via HTM Ticketapp.
